SO MANY BANNERS
The Emperor has plastered his face
On every public place.
So many banners makes us queasy,
But it's also very easy
To find one to deface.
SO MANY BANNERS
The Emperor has plastered his face
On every public place.
So many banners makes us queasy,
But it's also very easy
To find one to deface.
A GREAT GRINNING PUMPKIN
The Emperor was somewhat dismayed
To discover he was portrayed
As a great grinning pumpkin
With glowing orange skin
In the annual Halloween parade.
A BIG GOLD CROWN
Korea gave the Emperor a big gold crown.
You should've seen him dancing around,
Shaking his butt and pumping his fist,
It was a sight you had to insist
Made him look as silly as a big orange clown.
A LOWLIFE
The Emperor says he will rule for life,
And then, perhaps, in the afterlife.
He says it'd be terrific,
We know it'd be horrific,
No escape from such a lowlife.
A TYPICAL BROMANCE
More than he loves J.D. Vance
The Emperor loves those tyrants
Who make their people cower
When they use their power.
It's a typical tyrannical bromance.
AN EDICT
The Emperor issued an edict.
He wants us all to redistrict.
He's irked by the Dems,
So follow his whims,
Or soon he will make you a convict.
RATHER RUDE
Millions in the land are lacking food.
But to talk of that would be quite crude.
The Emperor wants a banquet hall
In which to host a fancy ball,
So to mention hunger is rather rude.
HEAD ON A COIN
The Emperor wants his head on a coin.
If done, then we can all join
In calling this money
Somewhat funny,
And something we'd never purloin.
STAND ALONE
The Emperor says we must stand alone,
No one to call on the phone.
We are an island in the sea,
With no ship that we can see.
We don't even need a clone.
GAZILLIONS
The president says we owe him millions.
It could have been billions.
But we don't need to count.
Whatever the amount,
His minions will pay gazillions.
NOT ONE
Not one Republican has a spine.
They are all quite supine.
As the president
Kills our government,
Not one calls it a crime.
BUILDING FOR THE KING
Demolition has begun on the East Wing.
We didn't need that thing.
"The People's House" is a thing of the past,
We knew it wouldn't last,
So now we're building for the king.
MONOPOLIES
People talk of mysteries
And many fake conspiracies,
So many elaborations
About elite collaborations,
But few about monopolies.
NO KINGS
In America we have no kings,
No rulers wearing golden rings.
We are the people,
Not the sheeple,
And we reject all royal things.
TRIUMPHAL ARCH
The Emperor wants a triumphal arch
Through which his troops can march.
It wouldn't be pretty
In our fair city,
But at least we don't have to watch.
BENDED KNEE
If you take a bended knee
In this land of the free,
You don't need a crystal ball
To make a judgment call:
You've lost your liberty.
D.C.
The Emperor wants to remake D.C.
As far as he can see.
Isn't it a pity
He lives in such a city
That belongs to you and me?
SHUT DOWN
The Emperor is in such a frazzle.
The servants are such a bad hassle.
They run things without him,
And so to remove them,
He has shut down all of the castle.
OUR MIDNIGHT HOUR
It is our midnight hour,
And we must not cower.
The time is dire,
The land is on fire,
And we must stand and fight the power.
THE ODIOUS STENCH OF TYRANNY
The odious stench of tyranny
Clings to the Emperor's acts of infamy.
No one breathes free
From sea to sea,
And lies foul the air of our country.
BEDTIME FOR DEMOCRACY
It's bedtime for democracy.
It has a long genealogy.
But now they say it's old hat,
And we all know that
Now is the time for autocracy.
NO PRIZE
The Nobel Peace Prize rejected hypocrisy
And honored a fight for democracy.
Our president was pissed
That he was dissed
And won no prize for autocracy.
BLONDIE BONDI
Blondie Bondi loudly dissed
The senators on her list.
She said she would not fail
To send them all to jail,
Unless her ass they kissed.
GESTAPO BARBIE
Gestapo Barbie put people in cages,
Men, women, kids of all ages.
It wasn't very nice
To give them to ICE,
But that's how she earned her wages.
ETHICAL ZOMBIE
The Emperor's top lawyer was Bondi,
But her name should have been Blondie.
Such a great hire,
Such a great liar,
Better yet, an ethical zombie.
GREAT RENOWN
The Emperor's thugs rode into town,
Where they chopped all the people down.
It was a sorrowful sight,
And a frightful fright,
But it brought them such great renown.
THE LAND OF ICE
Once upon a time
It was a warm and sunny clime.
Once upon a time we played games,
Went to school,
Went to work
Without fear and trembling.
Such an innocent time,
Such an innocent land.
We have forgotten that time,
We don't recognize that land.
Now an army of strutting trolls
Parades down our streets.
Now a mob of masked marauders
Smashes into our homes,
Binds our hands,
Drags us into the street,
Throws us into trucks,
And drives us away into the dark.
Once we thought this gang of thugs
Only did that to "illegals."
We didn't care so much.
It had nothing to do with us.
But that was long ago.
It was an innocent time
In an innocent land.
Now we are all illegals.
Now the trolls come for us.
And we tremble with fear when we hear
The trolls coming near.
RESIST TO WIN
Resist.
Rebel.
Revolt.
Speak up.
Say "No!"
Step out of line.
Take back.
Take a chance.
Take charge.
Up end.
Up rise.
Upset.
Vanguard.
Vanquish.
Victory.
Waylay.
Wrangle.
Win.
THE AMERICAN SHEEPLE
We Seig Heil
And goosestep down the street.
We raise our hands
And pledge our fealty.
We ask, "How high?"
When told to jump.
We swill the Kool-Aid
And ask for more.
We believe the Big Lies
And deny the Truth.
We bend the knee,
We kiss the ring,
We render unto Caesar.
We are the American sheeple
And we love Big Brother.
STORM FRONT
The storm is gathering.
Dark clouds cover the sky.
The wind is rising.
The storm is upon us.
The clouds boil.
Winds whip the land.
The storm breaks.
Clouds cover the sun.
The wind howls.
The storm overwhelms us.
Clouds cover the world.
The wind is the whirlwind.
