 THE FLAG OF TREASON

The flag of treason

            Flies everywhere across

The United States of America.

                        **********

We have been conquered and colonized

            By a foreign nation,

By an enemy we thought we defeated.

                        **********

The flag is the flag of the slavers,

            The flag is the flag of the traitors,

The flag is the Confederate crossbones.

                        **********

It flies outside Gettysburg

            Where our ancestors

Died fighting those who carried that flag.

                        **********

And it flew above the insurrectionists

            Who stormed our Capitol

As they tried to overthrow our democracy.

                        **********

It is the flag of the slavers,

            It is the flag of the traitors,

And it flies everywhere across America.
