DAYS OF LIBERATION
Every day was Liberation Day.
There were so many Liberation Days,
And so many ways,
In which we were liberated,
That we lost count of them.
**********
First the Emperor liberated us
From brown-skinned people
Who took our low-wage jobs
Out in the hot fields and orchards,
In the slaughter houses,
In the hotels,
And all the Mexican restaurants.
**********
Then the Emperor liberated us
From the global economy,
All those foreigners
Who ripped us off
By making our clothes,
Making our cars,
Making our toys
And computers,
By filling our markets with food
And buying what little we made.
**********
Then the Emperor liberated us
From Radical Left Lunatic ideas
Like Medicare,
Social Security,
And labor unions,
From drug-crazed maniacs
Running rampant in our cities,
From the criminal homeless,
And from rogue judges
Who prattled about
Laws, rights, and freedoms.
**********
Then the Emperor liberated us from
Woke teachers in public schools,
And even public schools,
Woke professors in universities,
And even universities,
Woke journalists on news programs,
And even journalists
And news programs.
**********
Who needed them
When we had the Emperor?
All we needed was his wisdom.
Only he could save us,
And give us another Liberation Day,
So many Liberation Days,
In so many ways,
That we could no longer
Count them,
Because every day was Liberation Day
From something
We no longer needed.
